My daughter is doing a research project in school involving an artifact. The item we have was a gift from my great-grandfather to his wife. It was made in India and is made of metal. It is hand carved and painted with red and green. It looks to have held liquid? It is no more than 12 inches tall. It would also be at least 100 yrs old. Can anyone offer suggestions or advice on how I could find out more about this? Thank you. Jaime
